High School Tracker

A comprehensive Notion template to help track your classes, assignments, notes, grades, and more!
About this template

Dashboard

Along the left side of the dashboard is a gallery view of your current classes. Each class has the name, a note about teacher and location, your grade with color warning indicators, and 4 actions (add assignment, project, exam, or notes).
The rest of the dashboard is 3 different views of your assignments and what you need to work on.
First is a quick checklist-style glance at what's due this week.
Second, there is a summary section which helps you prioritize your work by summarizing 3 data points: your most urgent assignment, the class with the highest number of assignments due, and the class with the lowest grade.
Finally, there is a board view of assignments to show what hasn't been started, what's in progress, and what is blocked.

Classes

A view of semesters and associated classes.
In the classes page, you can see what classes you're currently enrolled in as well as classes taken in previous semesters or classes you've signed up for in the next semester.
When you click on a class, you can view the class dashboard. Each class dashboard has a space to list our required material (textbooks, technology, supplies, etc.), add links to class resources, and track assignments and notes for that class.
Each class is associated to a semester. This database allows you to manage your semesters with their start/end dates.

Work

The home for all things tasks: assignments, notes, exams, and projects.
List view of the assignments to do, coming up, or completed in the past. Each assignment has color coded due date warnings and priority levels.
You can view notes here or in the Class Dashboard. Here, all of your class notes for the current semester are visible, organized by class.
Exams are high priority assignments marked with "Is Exam" = true. This will display it on your calendar differently, but otherwise is no different than an Assignment.
Projects are also high priority assignments, but with associated "Subtasks". In the Project Dashboard, you can view all projects that haven't been completed, see your progress on the project, and manage associated tasks.

Calendar

Calendar view of all things with dates: assignments, projects, exams, deadlines, events, and reminders.
At the top of the calendar page is a view of things coming up in the next 7 days. Below that is a month-view of the calendar. Each event type is displayed with different colors, subtexts, and tags.

School

Manage links to your school's social media pages and websites such as sports schedules and online report cards.
